A session to mitigate insomnia, how is it?

Subsequently, BE HARMONY explains the treatment in detail and offers you a protocol to help you in your approach.
The standard treatment protocol: 3 to 4 sessions in 2 weeks then the practitioner will work at the session following the well being of each person.
